* Middle East within 3-4 business days - Free on orders above £100, orders under £100 will be charged £5
* Rest of Europe within 4-7 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15
* Canada within 4-7 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15
* Australia within 4-7 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15
* China within 4-7 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15
* Asia & Rest of the world within 4-7 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15

EXPRESS DELIVERY

* UK Express delivery *order by 3.30pm GMT for next business day delivery. Please note purchases made after 2pm BST on Friday and weekends will arrive the following Tuesday – Free on orders above £100, orders under £100 will be charged £6
* USA Express delivery within 2-3 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £20
* European Union Express delivery within 2-3 business days – Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15
* Middle East Express delivery within 2-3 business days - Free on orders above £200, orders under £200 will be charged £15
* Canada Express delivery within 2-3 business days – Free on orders above £300, orders under £300 will be charged £30

* EU includes 27 EU member states.

Please note, we are currently unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change during busy periods. We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

UK EXPRESS SHIPPING

Order by 3.30 GMT for next business day delivery. Please note purchases made after 2pm GMT on Friday and weekends will arrive the following Tuesday.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping outside the EU from the UK could incur customs charges. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Returns are free on all orders.

To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
* Be returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
* Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
* Be returned from the original shipping country with original tags and packaging

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or return. If you believe an item is faulty or you are based in the UK or Europe, this does not conflict with your statutory right to return. Please reach out to Customer Care to return your Final Sale items.

* Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

Maxibillion reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

* Please note that we cannot accept returns of any underwear and inner wear products due to hygiene reasons.


EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; we do, however, accept returns. We request that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.


REFUNDS

Once your item(s) have been returned, you must allow 5-10 business days for your original payment method to be reimbursed. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided when checking out. Your bank may require extra time to process the refund onto your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
